Real Estate Club is an investment advisory platform and brokerage built around one principle: every recommendation must be backed by data, not by commission incentives.

We work with international and local investors, as well as end-users buying homes for themselves. Our process is the same regardless of portfolio size — we start by understanding your capital, goals, and timeline, then build a tailored investment strategy based on official DLD transaction reports and RERA rental indices.

We advise across residential and commercial real estate — from apartments and villas to offices, retail units, and warehouses. In the current market, our strongest focus is on the secondary market and distressed deals — opportunities that require speed, verified data, and direct access to motivated sellers. We also continue to advise on carefully selected off-plan projects from developers with proven delivery records.

Beyond the transaction itself, we provide full-cycle support through our partner network: mortgage structuring, interior design, renovation and construction management, snagging, conveyancing, and international payment coordination. You work with one point of contact — we coordinate everything else.

With over 15 years in the UAE, Anya brings a rare combination of international investment experience and deep local market knowledge to Real Estate Club.

Her career spans institutional investment advisory, international real estate, and global capital markets. Earlier in her career, she led investment events for Middle Eastern HNW clients at a leading investment advisory firm, representing prime Central London developers and later managing cross-border investments in global student accommodation portfolios.

Since 2022, she has focused exclusively on the UAE market — closing transactions across Dubai's residential and off-plan sectors with leading brokerages before founding Real Estate Club to offer something the market was missing: independent, data-driven advisory without commission-driven conflicts.

Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, Anya works with international investors from Europe, the CIS, and the Middle East.

Data Over Opinion

Every recommendation starts with official DLD transaction reports and RERA rental indices. For secondary market properties, we pull property-specific valuation data showing actual transaction history and area benchmarks. For off-plan, we analyse supply pipelines and developer delivery records. If the data does not support a recommendation, we do not make it.

Capital Protection First

We never recommend a property we would not invest in ourselves. Every project undergoes developer due diligence, title deed verification, and RERA compliance review before reaching a client. We work on your side of the table — not the developer's.

Technology-Driven Sourcing

We use AI and real-time data tools to monitor the UAE market continuously — tracking new listings, price movements, and distressed opportunities the moment they appear. This gives our clients first access to deals that traditional brokerages simply cannot find fast enough.
